In liposculpture the surgeonremoves localized fat from certain regions and grafts it into other areas of the body, that need more fat filling. “A common case is the increase in the butt. We remove fat from an area that has a higher concentration of fat and graft the fat to the butt region, giving the effect of enlargement”, explains the plastic surgeon.
